Refund policy

We want you to feel confident using your Vayu pen. If you change your mind, our returns process is simple, fair, and designed with hygiene and customer safety in mind.

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To request a return, email us at hello@vayupen.com with your order number.

2. Important Hygiene Notice

Because the Vayu pen is a mouth-contact wellness device, it cannot be returned once it has been opened, unsealed, or used, unless the item is faulty.

This is to protect the health and hygiene of all customers.

You may return the product only if it is:

  • unused

  • unopened

  • in its original sealed packaging

  • in a fully resellable condition

Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept a return unless the product is faulty.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Faulty items do not need to be unopened to qualify for a refund.

4. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email hello@vayupen.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • Confirmation that the item is unopened (unless faulty)

We will then send return instructions and the return address.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return your unopened product for a refund and place a new order.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • opened or unsealed breathing pens

  • used items

  • items returned without their original packaging (unless faulty)

Your statutory rights are not affected.
