Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the UK only. Estimated delivery times are as 3-5 working days. Shipping costs are as detailed in your order. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, postal strikes).
3. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may leave a card or attempt re-delivery.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not currently ship outside the UK.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2-3 business days before contacting us.
- If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service but will assist in tracking lost items.
6. Changes & Order Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as we aim to dispatch orders quickly.
